The restaurant’s extensive offerings range from hearty brunch staples to elevated dinner plates, ensuring there’s something to delight every palate. The Baked Egg Skillet brings warmth and richness with baked eggs nestled amid savory vegetables and cheeses, while the Char-Grilled Octopus delivers a smoky tenderness that lingers on the tongue.
For those craving a taste of indulgence, the Filet Mignon and the luscious Lamb Shank promise knife-and-fork satisfaction with their succulent textures and expertly balanced flavors. On the lighter side, the Wagyu Beef Hummus and Butternut Squash Mezzaluna offer unique takes on traditional dishes, showcasing City Hall Bistro’s inventive culinary approach.
Brunch aficionados will appreciate the delicate balance in dishes like the Texas Benedict — praised for its lightness with a fried green tomato base providing a crispy, fresh contrast to the perfectly soft eggs. Meanwhile, dessert lovers will find themselves enchanted by the Olive Oil Cake — moist almond flour cake paired with airy coconut whip and a tangy lemon “curd,” or the decadently rich Chocolate Budino topped with vanilla shortbread crumble and salted caramel, ideal for a sweet finish.

The Texas Pecan Brioche Toast and Brisket Omelette were absolutely amazing and Maria was the sweetest!! Her recommendations on what to order were perfect!!
We got breakfast here while staying at The Adolphus. Food was great and our server, Rito, was phenomenal. Normally we try to explore the city for food options when on a trip, but we were very happy with our decision to grab food at City Hall. This is definitely not just a ‘hotel restaurant’!
The Texas Benedict was surprisingly light. Eggs were perfectly soft while whites were fully well done. Smart using a fried green tomato as the base to keep it light, crispy, crunch and not greasy. The burnt ends were delicious, I do wish it was a slab of brisket instead. The gravy was also a surprising light substitute for traditional hollandaise. Rito provided amazing attentive service this morning.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jazzmine was absolutely wonderful! She made my whole experience special from the moment I sat down. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell she loves what she does because she brings such a positive energy to the table. Every detail was perfect because of her. Thank you, Jazzmine — you truly made my night. I’ll definitely come back because of you!
Our server Rito was terrific. Courteous, attentive, professional. The food was good, but kitchen didn’t get things quite right, seemed to be phoning it in instead of paying attention. A nice atmosphere, overall a good breakfast experience!
The City Hall Bistro has awesome food, relaxing atmosphere and such amazing service. We had steak and eggs which was super yummy. Aswin Nair was so friendly and attentive, he really made our last breakfast comfortable before we left!! 10/10 would recommend!
